The user agrees that this online agreement shall have the same legal binding force as a written agreement signed and stamped by the user in person. Developers refer to the group or organization that owns the copyright of QS Scanner software. The user further agrees that by entering the QS Scanner software registration program, the user agrees to all the contents of this agreement and can only become an official user of the software if the user fully agrees to all the agreements and completes the registration process. This agreement shall have legal effect between the user and the developer from the date of successful user registration. If you do not agree with this agreement, please do not access the webpage or use the service. Developers have the right to change the "agreement" at any time, and we suggest that you visit the webpage in advance to see if there have been any changes.

1. Service Introduction

Developers provide their users with mobile Internet technology services and network services, including application software, community services, developer services, advertising, etc. under various mobile platforms.

2. User Identity Guarantee

2.1 The user promises and guarantees that they are natural persons, legal persons, entities, and organizations with full civil capacity and full civil rights capacity. The user hereby guarantees that the user information provided is true, accurate, complete, and timely, without any misleading or false statements, and guarantees that the developer can contact the user through the contact information provided by the user.
2.2 Users should provide corresponding identification and other information in a timely manner according to the developer's requirements for relevant services. Otherwise, the developer has the right to refuse to provide relevant services to the user.
2.3 The user promises to update their user information in a timely manner to maintain the validity of such information and not infringe upon the rights and interests of others.
2.4 If the data or information provided by the user contains incorrect or untrue information, or interferes with the normal behavior of other users, the developer reserves the right to cancel the user's membership and terminate the service provided to the user at any time.
2.5 Without permission, the user's nickname shall not infringe upon the rights and interests of the real registered user; Personal signatures or avatars must not contain commercial or advertising information without the developer's permission.
2.6 Users who act as agents to register on behalf of other natural persons or entities must provide the developer with detailed information and authorization documents of the agent and the principal. If the above information and documents are not provided to the developer, the developer will consider the registrant as a member.
2.7 Any content transmitted by users in or through QS Scanner related services does not reflect the developer's views or policies, and the developer is not responsible for this.

3. Email notification

The user fully understands that the developer will maintain contact and communication with registered members through mobile SMS and email. The user hereby agrees that the developer will send relevant commercial and non-commercial contact information, including member information and service information, to them through mobile SMS and email.

4. Rights and obligations of users

4.1 Users have the right to have their own username and password for the software, and have the right to use their username and password to log in to the developer's various service products at any time.
4.2 The user has the right to enjoy the mobile Internet technology and information services provided by the developer, and has the right to receive technical support, consultation and other services from the developer when accepting the services provided by the developer. See the relevant product introduction of the developer for the service content.
4.3 The user guarantees that they will not use technology or other means to damage or disrupt the developer's service products and the websites of other developers and clients. They are not allowed to reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, or intercept data packets on the software.
4.4 Users should respect the intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights of developers and other third parties, and ensure that they make every effort to protect developers, their shareholders, employees, partners, etc. from being affected or suffered losses in the event of such events; Developers reserve the right to terminate the provision of services to users who infringe upon their intellectual property rights without refunding any payment.
4.5 Users shall be responsible for all consequences arising from incorrect contact information provided to developers and poor security and stability of the email used by users to receive developer emails, including but not limited to consequences and losses caused by users not receiving timely notifications from developers.
4.6 Users guarantee that they will comply with national and local laws and regulations, industry practices, and social public ethics when using developer services, and will not use the services provided by developers to store, publish, or disseminate the following information and content: any content (information) that violates national laws, regulations, and policies; Political propaganda and/or news information that violates national regulations; Information related to state secrets and/or security; Feudal superstition and/or obscene, pornographic, obscene information or information that incites crime; Lottery with prizes and gambling games; Information that violates national ethnic and religious policies; Information that hinders the security of Internet operation; Information that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others and/or other information or content that is detrimental to social order, public security, and public morality. If a user violates the information content that does not comply with national regulations and/or the terms of this service, or is reported by other users, the developer has the right to block and delete the published content, and block the user account that violates the above regulations.
4.7 The user also promises not to provide any convenience for others to publish information content that does not comply with national regulations and/or the terms of this service, including but not limited to setting URLs, BANNER links, etc. The user promises that their creative behavior and comments are all personal actions and do not represent the developer's stance. The user acknowledges that the developer has the right to terminate the provision of services to the user and not refund any payment if the user violates the above. If the user's above behavior causes losses to the developer, the user shall compensate.
4.8 Users should not transfer or lend their accounts and passwords to others for use. If a user provides false information or is found to have their registration information illegally used by others, they should immediately notify QS Scanner. QS Scanner shall not be liable for any illegal use of accounts or passwords by others due to hacker behavior or user negligence.
4.9 The right to use the 4.9 QS Scanner account belongs only to the initial applicant and is prohibited from gifting, borrowing, renting, transferring, or selling. If QS Scanner discovers that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, QS Scanner has the right to recover the account without notice without assuming legal responsibility to the user. Any losses resulting from this, including but not limited to communication interruption and data clearance, shall be borne by the user. QS Scanner prohibits users from privately transferring their accounts for payment or free, in order to avoid disputes arising from account issues. Users should bear any losses incurred due to violating this requirement, and QS Scanner reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility against the above-mentioned perpetrators.

5. Intellectual Property (Trademark and Copyright)

The developer's logo and design have the developer's trademark or trade dress, and cannot be used for commercial purposes without the developer's written permission. All trademarks that appear on web pages but do not belong to developers belong to their respective owners, and their owners may not necessarily be associated with developers.
The original content of developers, such as text, patterns, logos, software, and all layouts on web pages, are owned by the developers and their licensors, and are protected by Chinese, American, and international copyright laws. Without the written permission of the developer, it is not allowed to copy any original content of the developer, except for the content listed in the agreement.

6. User Original Content (UGC) Intellectual Property

All mobile applications and web pages created by users, including but not limited to original text, images, audio, videos, and various files generated within the application, belong to the users and developers. Without permission, no third party is allowed to reprint or use them for any commercial purposes. The above content can be used by developers for various commercial purposes with user permission. The copyright of the content edited by the developer themselves belongs to the developer and cannot be used for commercial purposes without permission. However, individuals are welcome to copy or forward it to their personal blog or Weibo, and the source and link must be indicated.

7. No warranties and limitations on liability

Developers' web pages and services do not have any explicit, implicit, or statutory warranties or conditions. The developer explicitly refuses to assume any implied warranties of suitability for consumption, suitability for specific purposes, non infringement, accuracy of information, integration, interoperability, or peaceful beneficiary rights.
You understand and agree to use this web page and service at your own risk, and you will bear the costs of any use of mobile Internet data and any damage. Developers are not responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, significant, or punitive damages or expenses; Damage includes but is not limited to damages related to use, abuse, inability to use, webpage or service interruption, suspension or termination. Your only right to be dissatisfied with the webpage or service is to terminate the use of the webpage and service.

8. Force Majeure

8.1 If the performance of this agreement is impossible, unnecessary, or meaningless due to force majeure or other unexpected events, the party suffering from force majeure or unexpected events shall not be liable.
8.2 Force majeure and unexpected events refer to objective events that are unforeseeable, insurmountable and unavoidable, and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics and storms, as well as social events such as war, unrest, government actions, etc.
8.3 Users agree that in view of the particularity of the Internet, hacker attacks, Internet connectivity interruptions or system failures are force majeure, and the losses caused to users or third parties should not be borne by developers.

9. Other statements

9.1 "QS Scanner" relies on network operators to provide support, and there may be limitations in its carrying and service capabilities, which cannot guarantee that all users can receive information in a timely and successful manner. The network traffic fees generated during use are not related to us.
The application version, features, and information provided by QS Scanner cannot guarantee long-term, free services. If using this application, it is deemed to agree and accept the above statement.

The final interpretation right of this clause belongs to the developer.
