Please understand that this information is the basic information that we must collect to provide services and ensure the normal operation of our products.

For your convenience and better provision of personalized services, we may collect information you provide when contacting the customer service team, as well as information you send us when participating in a survey.
QS Scanner obtains user personal data from business partners through legal means.

1.2 Permission acquisition

1.2.1 Reading device information: The device number will be used as the account, and users can enjoy all services without registering.
1.2.2 Read and Write External Storage Permissions: When using the camera capture, album import, and save to local album functions in QS Scanner, you may need to enable storage permissions. If you do not enable this permission, you will not be able to use functions related to memory card reading or caching, but it does not affect your use of other services.
1.2.3 Camera permissions: When you use services such as shooting, scanning, sharing, and image recognition in QS Scanner, you can enable camera permissions for real-time shooting and uploading images for scanning and recognition. In a scene where ID photos need to be taken, you need to call your camera to take photos of your face. If you do not enable this permission, you will not be able to use the functions related to image shooting, but it does not affect your use of other services. Please understand that this information is the basic information that we must collect to provide services and ensure the normal operation of our products.
1.2.4 Networking permissions: When using the app for shooting, scanning, sharing, and image recognition, you need to enable networking permissions to upload to the server and obtain processing results from the server.

2. Information usage

QS Scanner will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless you have obtained your prior permission, or unless such third party and QS Scanner (including QS Scanner affiliates) provide services to you individually or jointly, and after the end of such services, they will be prohibited from accessing all such information, including those they have previously been able to access.
QS Scanner also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information for free through any means. Any QS Scanner platform user who engages in the above activities, upon discovery, has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user.

QS Scanner accounts have security protection functions. Please keep your username and password information safe. QS Scanner will ensure that your information is not lost, abused, or altered through security measures such as encrypting user passwords. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there are no comprehensive security measures on the information network.
When using QS Scanner network services for online transactions, it is inevitable that you need to disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the counterparty or potential counterparty. 6. Account cancellation

After clicking logout, all your stored information on the server (including account and member information) will be immediately deleted and cannot be restored. In the QS Scanner application, the specific retention time of your personal data is as follows: In order to continuously optimize the accuracy of text recognition and improve user experience, we will collect pseudonymized device identifiers, location information, mobile network codes, mobile device country codes, documents, and corresponding recognition results. The storage period of the data is at least 6 months.
We will also upload some of your personal data to the server and provide it to third-party services to complete text recognition services. The default storage period for text content in third-party services is 3 months.
In addition, if our products or services cease to operate, we will notify you through push notifications, announcements, and other forms, and delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable period of time.

(3) Priority order

This privacy policy applies to QS Scanner's application software and related services provided by it.
